Nothing. This website has no contact form and no other way to submit information to us. There is nothing on this site to fill in, so the site collects no name, no email address, and no message from you.
The only way to reach us is by phone at 513.790.3033. What you tell us on that call is handled under HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2, not under this policy.
What We Don’t Collect
- No analytics. No Google Analytics, no Adobe Analytics, no third-party measurement scripts.
- No advertising or tracking pixels. No Meta Pixel, no Google Ads tag, no LinkedIn Insight Tag, no TikTok pixel. We do not build advertising profiles from your visit.
