Insurance & Cost
Cost should never be the reason you don’t reach out. One confidential phone call is all it takes to find out where you stand — no commitment, no pressure.
Does Insurance Cover Treatment?
Many insurance plans, including Medicaid, cover substance use disorder and behavioral health treatment — including medication-assisted treatment (MAT), intensive outpatient (IOP), and psychiatric services. Whether a specific plan covers a specific program depends on the plan.
The most reliable way to find out where you stand is a short, confidential phone call. Call 513.790.3033 — the conversation is protected by federal law (HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2), and asking costs nothing.
Why We Do This by Phone
You will notice there is no “verify your insurance” form on this website. That is intentional. Insurance details are health information, and we do not collect health information over this website — it stays between you and our team, by phone, where it is protected. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
If You Don’t Have Insurance
Not having coverage today does not close the door, and it is not something you need to have figured out before you reach out. Call us and we will talk through the options together — starting the conversation costs nothing.
What to Have Ready When You Call
Helpful, but none of it is required to start the conversation:
- Your insurance card, if you have one (member ID and group number);
- A rough idea of what kind of help you are looking for — for yourself or a loved one;
- Any questions you want answered. Nothing is off the table.
Not sure what to ask? Start with “I don’t know where to begin.” That is enough. See also: what to expect at your first visit.
