Care runs from ambulatory withdrawal management through long-term outpatient maintenance. We use ASAM criteria to match you to the right program, and we adjust as your needs change. The clinical team, the peer recovery supporters and the case managers all work together on your plan.

Community
Certified peer recovery supporters, people with lived experience of addiction and recovery, are part of our care teams. You won’t be going through this alone.
Acceptance
We meet you where you are. Your history, the substance you use and how many times you’ve tried before don’t change how we treat you. Shame has no clinical value, and it has no place here.
Recovery
Recovery needs the right level of care at the right time. We use ASAM criteria to match every client to evidence-based treatment, and we change that match as your needs change, from withdrawal management through outpatient support.
How We Approach Care
ASAM-Level Treatment Matching
Every client starts with a comprehensive clinical assessment using the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) criteria. That decides your level of care: ambulatory withdrawal management, intensive outpatient (Level 2.1), partial hospitalization (Level 2.5) or outpatient maintenance (Level 1.0). As your situation changes, your level of care changes with it.
Whole-Person, Co-Occurring Care
Substance use and mental health conditions often show up together. Our psychiatric nurse practitioner evaluates and treats co-occurring conditions as part of your care, so there’s no separate referral. Depression, anxiety, trauma and ADHD are treated alongside addiction, not after it.
Medication-Assisted Treatment
MAT uses FDA-approved medications as one part of SUD treatment. For clients who benefit from medications like buprenorphine, our medical team prescribes and monitors them inside the same clinical plan as your counseling.
Trauma-Informed Practice
Substance use disorder often has roots in trauma. Our clinical staff are trained in trauma-informed care, which accounts for the link between adverse experiences and addiction and puts your physical and emotional safety first throughout treatment.
Lab & Pharmacogenomic Services
On-site lab services mean no extra outside appointments for testing. GeneSight pharmacogenomic testing helps identify which psychiatric medications are most likely to work for you, which cuts down on trial and error.
Case Management
Our case managers coordinate care across systems and help with barriers like transportation, housing instability and benefits, so problems at home don’t undo the work you do in treatment.
Your Care Team
From your first contact, you work with a team that covers counseling, psychiatry, nursing, case management and peer support.

Licensed professional clinical counselors lead individual and group therapy and anchor every treatment plan.

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Evaluates and manages co-occurring psychiatric conditions and MAT prescribing as part of your care, with no separate referral.

Nursing Staff
Provides medical oversight, vital sign monitoring and clinical support, most of all during withdrawal management and partial hospitalization.

Case Managers
Coordinate care across systems and help with transportation, housing, benefits and referrals, the things that make it hard to stay in treatment.

Certified Peer Recovery Supporters
Individuals with lived experience of addiction and recovery, certified by the State of Ohio, who provide peer mentorship and community connection as part of the clinical team.
